Halli Guðmunds’ Cuban Club presents their latest album Live at Mengi, the result of a vibrant collaboration where Halli gathered six instrumentalists to arrange and record new compositions in the style of Cuban and Colombian music. The album was recorded live in front of an audience at Mengi on Óðinsgata – a venue where Halli has frequently performed in various projects since its founding.

The album packaging includes a unique photo-art booklet by Eva Schram, who created all the visual content for the release.

Alongside Halli on electric bass, the group features :

Daníel Helgason – tres guitar and organ (also the album’s producer)
Hilmar Jensson – electric guitar
Jóel Pálsson – tenor and soprano saxophone
Matthías Hemstock – drums
Kristofer Rodriguez Svönuson – percussion.

*An Evening Pass is available for every night of the festival at Harpa, granting access to all concerts that evening. All performances take place in Norðurljós Hall (2nd floor). Please note: There are no single-ticket sales for individual evening concerts at Harpa.
