CITY HALL – JAKOB GUNNARSSON QUINTET

A few free events are scheduled for the fourth day of Reykjavik Jazz Festival. This is one of them and it will take place in the City Hall beside the town lake ‘Reykjavíkurtjörn’. Click here to buy tickets for the evening concerts.

Jakob Gunnarson Quintet includes some of the most exciting new talent of local jazz musicians and plays hip hop influenced jazz with a Scandinavian flavor. Expect interesting arrangements of new hip hop tunes, Icelandic folk songs, tunes from various cartoons all mixed in with a few originals.
